The Resolana, or community conversation, was initiated while I was manager at Gutiérrez Hubbell House and I offered to support the project as a volunteer after taking a position with the Department of Cultural Affairs. As a volunteer, I served on the committee composed of the current manager, volunteers, and community representatives that developed the questions. I led the analysis of data provided by the facilitator from his notes, sticky-note documents, and data from the County. I wrote the report, using feedback from the committee to revise and clarify the feedback and highlight potential action items.
